Explained different the types materials etc quoted on the spot. Gave us a special price (had another quote previously ) so asked him if he could do better. The shutters were not only better value than other companies who quoted for the same job, but they had a faster lead time (unlike all the other companies they are made in Europe rather than China so don’t take as long to arrive) and they are made of wood rather than mdf (or its equivalent). I can’t tell you how happy we are with the finished result, the shutters look beautiful. The installation was done impeccably, the fitters were courteous and hard-working. In short, I would recommend EFL shutters without reservation.
